How long does it typically take to see results?
I'm not going to BS you with a timeline because everyone's different, and it depends on where you're starting, what your goal is, and how life shows up during your journey.
What I can promise is this: we'll track what matters to YOU, celebrate progress in all its forms (not just the scale), and build momentum that compounds over time. Some weeks you'll see big wins. Some weeks it'll feel slow. But if we're staying consistent and adjusting as needed, you'll be further ahead in 3 months than you would be bouncing between programs or doing nothing.

Can this really fit into my busy life?
Absolutely. We'll build your workouts, nutrition, and habits around your actual schedule & lifestyle - whether that's a demanding job, kids' activities, travel, or all of the above. You'll never have to choose between living your life and making progress.
Do I have to give up my favorite foods, social life or vacations?
Nope. This isn't about restriction, it's about learning balance. You'll know how to enjoy meals out, travel, and special occasions without guilt, while still making steady progress toward your goals. No more "on track" vs. "off track", just a lifestyle that works year-round.
What if I'm not motivated enough?
